Delegate registration will take place on the ground floor. The main exhibition will be based on the first floor with catering stations serving refreshments before and during each break within the conference programme. This ensures a consistent footfall and provides exhibitors with a valuable opportunity to meet face-to-face with key industry contacts and stakeholders.

Applications for partnership opportunities should be made online.
Once your application has been reviewed you will receive an agreement which must be signed within 7 working days.
After the agreement is signed you will be issued an invoice. We require payment in full before you are listed as a confirmed sponsor online.
If a signed agreement and payment are not made within the timeline discussed the opportunity may be given to the next organisation in line.
