<meta charset="UTF-8" />Meg Turner originally joined the Port of Dover for a yearlong placement during her Marine Geography degree in 2017/2018. After graduating she rejoined the Port of Dover in 2019 before becoming the Port’s Environment and Sustainability Manager in 2021. She is responsible for all aspects of the Ports environmental programme including biodiversity, decarbonisation, environmental compliance, and maintaining ISO 14001 and PERS certifications. She has recently led on the Ports extensive work to become the first UK Port to achieve net zero for scope 1 and 2 emissions in 2025.
