<meta charset="UTF-8" />Rhona Macdonald is Senior Sustainability Advisor for the British Ports Association (BPA) and the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH). For BPA, she has been developing BPA’s Decarbonisation Programme since 2021. This includes the launch of the BPA’s Net Zero Assessment Tool to measure and benchmark UK ports’ progress towards reducing their GHG emissions. Rhona is also the IMO Liaison Officer for IAPH, representing the interests of global ports at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and regularly attends IMO Committees covering all regulatory matters that impact ports. This includes a focus on the IMO Net Zero Framework, as well as the UK and EU ETS.
