Tom leads the McGill and Partners London Cyber insurance team, a practise he helped start and scale from the company’s inception. Prior to joining McGill and Partners in 2020, Tom was a senior cyber broker within a global insurance broker where he worked for 7 years.  Tom specialises in designing and placing Cyber insurance programmes on behalf of large, complex insureds from a wide range of industry sectors and geographies. He has a particular focus on product development to support the emerging risk landscape and challenge the status quo within the insurance market.
