Simon leads IGNITE, the Port's five–year digital transformation programme, which kicked off earlier this year. He worked closely with Brock Solutions to deliver the port's Western Docks to Eastern Docks Transit Assurance (WETA) system. He champions co-designing of practical, data-driven tools with a focus on keeping traffic moving smoothly through one of Europe's busiest ferry ports.
